Terms and conditions

1. Payment and Refund Policy

The cost of our program is $2,000 USD.

All payments are non-refundable. If the client is unable to continue the program, no partial or full refunds will be issued.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Individual sessions must be scheduled in advance and will be conducted virtually.

If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled.

If you fail to attend a session without prior notice, it will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Duration and Commitment

This program lasts six months and includes weekly 90-minute individual sessions, as well as access to group sessions.

To achieve the best results, it is recommended to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the coaching process.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared in individual sessions is strictly confidential.

Participation in group coaching requires respecting the privacy of other members and not disclosing any shared information.

5. Personal Responsibility

Coaching is a guidance process and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Results may vary depending on the level of commitment and implementation of the strategies discussed in the program.
