Initial Coaching session/intake: 90 - 120 minutes
During this initial session that lasts from 1.5-2 hours, the expectations will be set for the working agreement. This session is not part of the active coaching, it sets the tone for our work together during the engagement. We will look at the paperwork you filled in and I will explain my style and my role as a coach.

Six-month individual transformational engagement focused on amplifying your strengths to meet personal transformation goals. Coach provides a compassionate communication, a safe space, unconditional positive regard, a powerful healing presence and warmth that transmits over the screen.
Coach accompanies in bi-weekly 45-minute sessions actively working towards measurable growth in shifting behavior patterns. Action plans are unique to your individual needs, the engagement includes check-ins between sessions.

Ideal for families and small groups in culinary co-creation to prepare exquisite creative vegetable forward dishes. I share techniques to maximize flavor and textures of veggies and superfoods and take the mystery out of creating sauces from scratch.
Imagine benefiting from over thirty years of my experience working with veggies, superfoods, medicinal mushrooms, tempeh, beans and special diets. I would also be happy to support you in incorporating prescriptions from dieticians to manage your health conditions.
2-hour session includes demonstration, prep and coaching online or in person for 2-4 people online the sessions are tailored to your preference. The fee is $125 plus ingredients, plus travel fee if over 10 miles distance. For larger groups, please contact me for an estimate.

Health and wellness coaching includes some aspects of positive psychology, unlike therapy where we go to dismantle our baggage and interpret our emotional lives, coaches make sure not to give any opinions about anything shared in sessions unless we are asked and it is appropriate.
Our role is to amplify what our clients do well and support the creation of habits that allow us to transform them and thrive in an atmosphere free of judgment.
